Massis Lebanese Takeaway offers a delivery service from our kitchen in London W2 within selected areas of Central London.
If you are not in our delivery area, we may be still able to fulfil your order, especially if we have sufficient preparation time, however we would ask you to call us before using the online ordering system.
 
 
1. First-time orders
In the interests of protecting ourselves and our customers from fraud, we may ask for additional verification to validate first-time users of this facility. <<---
 
2. Orders for Collection
When collecting an order from 9 Sheldon Square, PaddingtonCentral, London W2 6HY, please ensure you observe our opening times and allow adequate notice for preparation of your order and collection.
Orders for collection must be paid for in cash or with credit or debit card at the time of collection.
 
3. Orders for Delivery
We provide two payment options when ordering food to be delivered directly to you Cash on Delivery and Advance payment by Credit Card.
3a. Cash Payment on Delivery
Our delivery drivers only carry up to £15 in change, payment must be in pound (£) sterling.
We only accept cash payment on delivery. Credit Card & Debit Card payments must be made in advance online.
3b. Online Payment
The owner of the credit card used for payment must present this card on receiving or collecting the order. Credit Card payments are handled in a secure environment by our payment processor, PayPal.
If you complete checkout with a credit or debit card using the paypal secure server, upon delivering your order, we may request that you present the card used to place the order as proof of identification.
 
4. Minimum Order and Acceptance of Orders
A minimum order value applies. The minimum order value is £20.00 and you will be notified on checkout if your order is below the minimum value.
Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the items in the order form.
It may be necessary for us to refuse the order under certain circumstances. We reserve this right.
To protect our customers from fraud we may also request any additional information to validate your order and payment method as genuine.
 

5. Product Substitutions
Orders are subject to availability of products and ingredients in the kitchen. In certain cases we may substitute similar products as and when we are unable to provide them at that time.
If we are unable to provide an appropriate substitute we will refund the value of any products not fulfilled in the order.
 
6. Delivery Area and Delivery Times
Our goal is to provide the best delivery service in the market which includes an excellent reputation for on-time delivery.
We deliver our orders from our kitchen in Paddington Central to London postcodes beginning W1,W2,W11,W8,W9,NW8,NW1,SW7,SW1.
 
Our staff and delivery drivers will make every effort to complete the order by the time you specify, however from time to time certain factors may hinder our ability to complete the order on-time.
Heavy traffic, staff illness, weather conditions and product supply may all impact our ability to process orders efficiently.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but can accept no liability in these circumstances. 
 
7. Food Allergies
Although every care is taken with nut-based ingredients, some products may contain nuts or nut traces. Some of our toppings, desserts and ice creams may contain traces of nuts.
 
If you suffer from an allergy of food intolerance please ensure that you advise us in advance of the order being prepared.
 
 
8. Consent
By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in the Privacy Policy Statement.
 
 
9. Offers, Promotions or Discounts
When submitting your order details you may wish to offer to purchase the items specified in conjunction with a particular offer, promotion or discount.
To take advantage of this facility you will need to enter the appropriate offer, promotion or discount code with your order details.
These codes are present on our menus and other items of promotional literature from time to time, and are not valid with any other offers.
Any such order will be subject to the specific terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or discount in question and will be subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any offer prices, promotion or discount at any time.
 
 
10. Latest Order Time
Due to licensing laws, we are unable to accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 20 minutes before the stated closing time.
We would also respectfully advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the store prior to closing time.
 
Should you have any questions, please call the store and speak to the manager.
 
11. Ordering & Cancellation of Orders
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent.
 
Amendments to the order or delivery time can be made no later than 45 mins prior to the start of the delivery window booked.
 
Amendments to the content of your order can be made up to 45 minutes before the delivery window begins.
Amends to the order must be made by phoning the store direct. Your initial payment will be cancelled and a new payment raised.
 
The delivery time slot may be altered up to 45 minutes before the start of your order window. The order can only be changed to a new time slot if it is available.
 
Cancellations within 45 minutes of the start of the delivery will be charged in full.

All content included on this website, such as text, graphics, button icons, images and software, is the property of Massis Lebanese Restaurants and is protected by UK and European copyright laws.
 
 
13. Complaints and Feedback
